Return Policy

Thirty days to live with your piece, and a lifetime of repair.

30-day returns

Return any unused piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, with its certificate and luxury bag included. We arrange the collection label.

Exchange for a different size, colour or community piece at no additional cost, subject to the availability of the weave.

Should a cord ever fail, send the piece back and it will be repaired by hand — often by the artisan who made it — for the cost of shipping alone.

Limited-edition and bespoke commissions are final sale, as each one is woven for a single owner.
